 Organize Your Event at EPA2026

The Estonian Agricultural Annual Exhibition, EPA2026, will take place on October 14–15 in Tartu at the Estonian National Museum. This year’s main theme, “From Innovation to Artificial Intelligence,” focuses on digital solutions, data-driven management, and AI applications in agriculture.

Over the course of the two exhibition days, EPA will bring together entrepreneurs, specialists, partners, and decision-makers from the agricultural and rural economy sectors across Estonia.

In addition to the exhibition area, EPA2026 offers the opportunity to organize seminars, conferences, panel discussions, and other industry-related events.

Main Stage — up to 250 participants

For the first time, EPA2026 will feature a main stage hosting presentations, discussions, and industry meetings throughout both days of the exhibition.

Main stage sessions are intended for partners and organizations wishing to present important topics to the entire sector.

Possible formats include debates, panel discussions, award ceremonies, and other meaningful conversations. Examples include discussions on the future of Estonian agriculture, industry recognition events, or panel talks with technology companies.

Organizers can design the content and format according to their objectives. The number of sessions is limited.

Seminars — six seminar rooms for up to 50 participants

EPA2026 offers six seminar rooms, the largest accommodating up to 50 participants.

Seminars are suitable for product presentations, workshops, expert discussions, and research presentations. Topics could include the use of artificial intelligence in agriculture, introducing new technologies, or sharing practical case studies and experiences.

Conferences — up to 100 participants

EPA2026 also provides the opportunity to organize one- or two-day conferences.

The conference hall accommodates up to 100 participants and is suitable for industry discussions and professional conferences. Possible conference themes include agricultural digitalization, the development of the bioeconomy, or attracting young professionals to the sector.

Conference organizers do not need to be exhibition exhibitors, and all visitors can attend conferences with a standard exhibition ticket.

EPA Innovation Area

The EPA2026 Innovation Area is being developed in cooperation with the Rural Knowledge Centre of Estonia.

The Innovation Area program focuses on technological solutions, science, and innovation in agriculture. Companies and research institutions will have the opportunity to showcase their solutions, studies, and development projects.

Events and Recognition Ceremonies

In addition to seminars and discussions, the EPA2026 program will include industry meetings, award ceremonies, and other important sector events.

The program may feature industry award presentations, introductions of collaborative projects, or recognition ceremonies for vocational school graduates.
