Sustainability and market information data collected by the Centre of Estonian Rural Research and Knowledge (METK) helps to better understand the revenues, costs, and environmental impact of food production. We will discuss what can be learned from this data, how to link different datasets, and how to use the results for daily and strategic decision-making. Helle Persitski and Egle Jakin-Haidak, senior specialists in rural economics, will present the possibilities of data utilization.
