METK to present its new Soil Portal and practical ways to use analysis results at EPA2026

At the EPA2026 fair, the Centre of Estonian Rural Research and Knowledge (METK) will present what its new Soil Portal (Mullaportaal) can do — how to get from analysis results to practical decisions. The focus will also be on laboratory methods that help uncover the hidden life of the soil and assess its biological condition.

In addition, METK will share sustainability and market information that supports more informed and more sustainable decisions.

For livestock farmers, METK will explain which silage indicators affect milk yield and how to make better use of analysis results in feeding.

EPA2026 will take place on 14–15 October 2026 in Tartu, at the Estonian National Museum. This year’s main theme is “From Innovation to Artificial Intelligence”.
